Rhoshawndra Carnes is a true advocate for the community. She has worked for the State of Arizona’s Department of Economic Security (DES) as a Homeless Shelter and Food Bank Contract Manager. She currently is employed as the first Director of Family Services at Pilgrim Rest Foundation, Inc. Rhoshawndra always been passionate about helping others and allowing God to use her for His purpose.

Jamilia Stinson is a business woman who embraces servant leadership. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting she has held a vibrant career in the accounting/finance field. She is passionate about entrepreneurship and the next generation finding their purpose and understanding living in their passion. Her innovation pushes her to travel the world, exploring and experiencing different cultures in hopes to expand her reach and impact.

Damesha is a Home Loan Processor, but more importantly she is the Rock of her family. Her strength lies is her families unfortunate story of immense tragedy. She has been able to channel these tragedies into a relentless and unbridled passion to take ensure ALL youth and young adults are exposed to everything they need to be successful in life. She wants to ensure that no other family has to experience the pain from the unnecessary lose of life of our next generation of genesis.

Whether she is taking care of her mother after her stroke, recovering patients after surgery, being a Yoga teacher, or caring for children on one of her numerous missionary trips, Allison has spent her life making other peoples lives are Better! She is Passionate about one thing, giving all she has, to ensure others have the best lives they can!
